Job Summary:

As an Hourly Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and providing exceptional customer service to our valued guests. Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation of all departments within the facility.

- Lead and motivate a diverse team of hourly employees, providing coaching and guidance to ensure exceptional performance and guest satisfaction.

- Monitor and maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility.

- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.

- Assist in scheduling and managing labor costs to optimize staffing levels and ensure smooth operations.

- Collaborate with other managers to implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

- Act as a role model for the team, embodying the company's values and providing exceptional leadership.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and motivate a diverse team.

- Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine passion for creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests.

- Ability to handle and resolve guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic accounting principles.

- Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
